I focus on continuous improvement, context-driven testing and systems thinking. I've learned a lot over the years about "what not to do", both by observing others and, more importantly, by making mistakes myself. I pair this tacit knowledge with established quality concepts and methodologies, but only when they add real value to the problem we're trying to solve. Above all, I try not to overcomplicate things.
